You Gotta Keep Up!

Well, if you haven't checked in with our family in the last few days, you have missed some big changes.

My Hannah got a really cute bob haircut! She is cute and sassy and so is the hair. Her thin and fine hair has always been some source of contention for me - always struggling to keep it in a barrette or ribbon, out of her eyes, etc. That is long gone now. She can swish her head a multitude of ways and it falls right back into place. It could hold a ribbon on a Sunday morning, if we so desire, but it holds its own and looks cute now, no matter what!

Our second big news also concerns our sweet munchkin. Through several happenstances, or as I like to say, God intervening opportunities, we have been given the privilege of having Hannah attend one of the premier Mother's Day Out/Preschool programs in our city. I was fortunate to have worked for the church that sponsors this program before Hannah was born, I made an inquiry of my friend who is the director and that led to Hannah being able to enroll in the program, even at this late date in the year. My orginial call was to inquire about next year's four year old program - so it was a surprise and a special gift from God to this somewhat exhausted mommy and our very active, very spirited little girl for her to be able to attend the three year program now.

She starts in February, attending two mornings a week. We went today and registered and she was given a tour by the director. To say she is excited, is an unbelievable understatement. She is so excited to go to "school" that we had to rush out and buy a lunchbox! For those of you just dying to know - it is a ladybug lunchbox with a Dora ice pack! The ultimate in toddler style and fashion!

So, if you haven't checked in with us - you are now caught up on all of our news! I know, the excitement has probably drained you - go, have a nap and check back with us another time.

Happy, Happy!
Beverly
