She blew into our lives on a muggy September day and hasn't stopped turning our world upside down for even one minute.
Born in Mississippi, she gathered breath and began blowing a fierce wind into all the lives that were in her path. As an infant, she howled and moaned, a foreshadowing of a coming storm. As a toddler she became a whirlwind of toys and clothes and games and fun. Entering her mature toddler years has only helped her gather speed and funneled her focus to more adventurous moments. Gales of laughter blow hard, all the time. When will her activity die out? I am hoping never. The fun and vitality she brings to this home would be lost and that would be a certain catastrophe.
She started life as a storm blowing in, she continues to head straight into the mainland of our hearts everyday. She is our own personal hurricane - I don't need the weather channel, I live it everyday.
*Please note that tropical storm Hanna was upgraded to a hurricane, on my Hannah's birthday!!!*
Blessings to all who are in the path of the real hurricane Hanna on this Tuesday morning.
Living Happily Ever After,
Beverly

How cute and creative that was! My little whirlwinds are all gone, and I'm sitting here in my stinky workout clothes, not really enjoying the quiet. I need to go and get something started or I'm gonna cry :)
I've returned today to finish reading your story and I am so touched! What an AWESOME story and you have such a way with words! Hug your Hannah girl for us!
