I have struggled for what seems like an eternity. I have nothing within me to write about. No, that is not true...I have loads of stuff to write about, just can't find the words to write it all. Plus, this is probably not the place for most of it.
Those of you who read everyday know that I have been having a bit of the writer's block. If you are back again today after what has been a disastrous week (as far as my writing is concerned) and reading this...BLESS YOU. You are brave and loyal souls.
I am just going to throw in the towel and take a break. Perhaps a designated break is what I need to get the obstacles and cobwebs out of the way. Now, don't think I am really going away, I will be writing everyday - but the pressure to produce a blog post will just be lifted. Hopefully I will be back by the weekend. That is my goal anyway. I just need a break, from this blog, from a few other situations in my world as well.

Sheesh, just when I sit down with a quiet house and a moment to catch up. I really need to stop stockpiling your posts and reading like 8 at once. I'm so out of the loop.
I'm sorry you have writer's block. But I know what you are feeling. And I get the need for the break. I'll miss you here - there's some good stuff you been saying lately. Even if you think it's boring or meaningless.
Break away, rest, rejuvenate. And come back refreshed. Without the pressure toward greatness or profundity. I'll miss you but I wish you much filling and overflowing while you break. :) HUGS to you.
I kinda know what you mean-writers block--but not really writers block. lots to write about---but-----hmm- do i want EVERYONE to be able to read it? I want to write about it. I want someone to read it-----maybe just not everyone. I think that is the kind of stuff we need to write anyway. even if it is just on good old fashioned paper, with a pen. or in an e-mail to send to someone. cause--face it----in the end-----we dont only write because we have to.... we write because we our stuff to be read. by at least one person.
You have that exactly right! I need to write it all...I just need to find the courage to hit the send button or put the stamp on the letter.
Thanks you two for the encouragement... I just need a day or two and I will be back!!!
