This has been a day of random numbers for me. Now, normally I hate math and numbers and anything to do with any of that side of my brain -- the side that is particularly smaller than the other wordy and bookish side.

I have just noticed random things times today -- like it takes me 24 seconds to change a trash bag in the kitchen can or it takes my duaghter 8 minutes from the time she starts eating to the time she decides she needs a drink. And consequently it takes me 8 minutes to get comfortable in a chair strangely enough after I give her a plate of food. Hmmmm

Oh - and it took me 14 minutes to drive from my child's school this morning to the hospital to see my dad - but it took me 13.5 minutes to drive back from the hospital to my child's school for lunch -- hmm...and even more puzzling, it took 18 minutes to drive back to the hospital but again - only 14 minutes to drive back to the school for car line pick up!! Oh - and in between all of this, it took me exactly 10 minutes at Zaxby's drive through to get lunch for my mom and I and I spent 7 minutes inside the grocery store buying a case of grape soda so I could write a check for more than the amount so I could get money for lunch through that drive thru!!

It takes me 1 minute to log into my computer and this morning I took a 6 minutes shower. My alarm clock has a 9 minute snooze and it takes Benedryl about 15 minutes to work into my system and make all the hives disappear.

My child can eat a small plate of mac n cheese in about 2 minutes, especially if she has not eaten lunch and is just home from school.

All these random time stamps - absolutely meaningless...but this number, 999 is the number of posts I have written on this blog since September 1, 2007. And that is about 333 posts per year...give or take a day or two!
